Volunteers are at the core of the Brampton Food Hub. Every hour given, every task completed, and every hand extended helps ensure that families and individuals across Brampton have access to nutritious, culturally appropriate food delivered with dignity and care.
Whether you are volunteering on your own, with friends, or as part of a group or organization, there is a meaningful role for you at the Brampton Food Hub.
Volunteer Opportunities
Warehouse and Food
Handling Support
Assist with sorting, organizing, packing, and preparing food for distribution. Volunteers help ensure food is handled safely and efficiently.
Food Packing and Distribution
Support the assembly of food hampers and assist with scheduled distributions through partner organizations.
Community Events and
Food Drives
Help organize and support food drives, outreach events, and community engagement initiatives that raise awareness and collect much needed food.
Administrative and Support Roles
Assist with behind the scenes operations such as data entry, communications, scheduling, and coordination.
Youth and Group Volunteering
We welcome youth volunteers, schools, faith groups, and corporate teams for group volunteering opportunities. There are a variety of volunteer activities that can accommodate different group sizes and interests.
